Compensation: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations.
• Control expenses and shrinkage.
• Manage human resources, merchandising, and inventory.

• Prior retail management experience required.
• Minimum age 21.
• Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.
