• Lead a customer‑first selling culture by driving engagement, loyalty initiatives, visual standards, and brand values
• Analyze business trends using reporting to identify opportunities and take action

• Execute daily business tasks and manage operations in the absence of the Store Manager

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast‑paced specialty retail environment
• Proven ability to deliver results, customer experience, and operational performance
• Strong communication, coaching, and de‑escalation skills
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute daily priorities efficiently
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Minimum age 21 years
