This position supports delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving sales growth in a seasonal capacity at a Yankee Candle location.

  Contribute to creating a welcoming store environment focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience. Understand guest needs through product knowledge and make emotional connections. Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies and building lasting customer relationships to enhance loyalty. Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPI metrics. Assist in maintaining store appearance by following company visual standards, including plan-o-grams, visual maintenance, signage, and store cleanliness.

Strive to achieve or exceed all KPI goals through strategic planning, effective execution, and continuous performance improvement.

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail environment (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
