Google Nest DIY Territory Sales Manager – Mosaic North America
We are one of the fastest growing sales and marketing agencies in North America, dedicated to creating brand experiences that connect brands with consumers through experiential, retail, and digital interactions. We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive product sell‑out within an assigned territory of 50+ DIY retail stores.
Responsibilities- Drive increased sell‑through and market share for each store within the designated territory through customer sales, associate training, and influencing store personnel at all levels.
- Build relationships and interact with retail associates to share knowledge through training to build brand advocacy, including group meetings, incentives, lunch & learns, virtual trainings and other strategic activities.
- Complete data collection for insights and daily activities using Mosaic systems. Provide market‑level reporting including market intelligence, competitive activity, and feedback on current retail market conditions.
- Train and influence retail sales associates and customers on products and devices, building and maintaining relationships inside the store.
- Maintain a highly visible and consistent presence in designated DIY retail stores within the assigned territory.
- Ensure product display in‑store is consistent with retailer’s planogram guidelines and that devices are cleaned and functioning properly (level 1 merchandising).
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years combined sales and/or retail sales experience, preferably in home improvement retail.
- Ideal experience with Google suite of products and services.
- Ability to coordinate and lead formal and informal training events on product features and benefits within store, market and virtually.
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high professionalism and integrity.
- Experience managing and tracking performance against assigned directives and KPIs.
- Experience collecting and reporting information on brand and competitive products and service offerings.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with retail partner stores and leadership to drive incremental sell‑through for the brand.
- Ability to work directly with store management and team members in a sales‑driven retail environment to identify and execute opportunities to increase advocacy and sell‑out of products.
- Ability to prioritize store visits during optimal traffic periods to maximize impact and meet training objectives, including flexible scheduling (Tuesday through Saturday).
- Knowledgeable in analyzing sales and territory data to provide consultation and corrective action for under‑performing stores.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and task prioritization.
- Superior interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, sales associates, retail sales management, and clients.
- Excellent judgment, effective problem‑resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple demands.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
