CD&D H&W Probiotic Lab Manager Job Purpose

Supervision of the CD&D H&W Application Science lab in Kennesaw. The role will focus on coordination for the new ingredient qualification process within Biotic platform, including validation of applications for our H&W portfolio focusing on Microbiome solutions. Working with the commercial, research and development, marketing and product development teams across CD&D. Support with generation of Know-How and Application Science material across the different application areas for human and animal health.

• Supervise and coordinate the CD&D H&W Team based in ADM Kennesaw.
• Coordinate CD&D assessment actions in the laboratory at Biopolis, including stability trials, qualification of new ingredients, validation of new applications, reproduction of manufacturing processes, DS pilot trials, etc.
• Work and communicate cross-functions (e.g., Business, Platform, R&D, CD&D, Marketing, Regulatory) to ensure readiness of new ingredients within Biotic Platform.
• Align with R&D team for transference and optimization of new methodologies and procedures.
• Actively work with commercial team to support customer projects involving H&W ingredients that require laboratory testing.
• Provide support in global projects within CD&D H&W, for DS, F&B and PET/PAW segments.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Overtime pay will be provided for qualifying overtime hours. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $63,900.00 and $.
