Butler Creek is a comprehensive medical hub for the Kennesaw area, with Wellness and Prevention, Testing and Diagnostics, and Advanced Care options. You will regularly manage complex surgical procedures and critical pet emergency needs, continually expanding your clinical skillset. Our approach emphasizes superior medical services and individualized care, ensuring you have the resources to provide high-quality, patient-specific treatment plans.
- Be the Director of First Impressions:
Manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect our commitment to compassionate care. - Ensure Seamless Care Coordination:
Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly. - Advocate for Pet Health:
Partner in pet wellness, educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure every pet receives the best care. - Embody Compassion and Empathy:

- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
- Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
