Crew Member, Outdoor​/Nature​/Animal Care

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crew Member based in Kennesaw, GA. The Crew Member will be responsible for performing hands-on landscaping tasks such as maintaining lawns and gardens, pruning, weeding, planting, and general outdoor maintenance duties. Additional responsibilities include operating and maintaining landscape equipment, maintaining a clean worksite, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.

Crew Members play an integral part in delivering high-quality landscaping services to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with landscaping techniques such as lawn maintenance, pruning, and planting
• Knowledge of operating and maintaining landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and other tools
• Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively as part of a team, and adapt to various work environments and conditions
• Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in a landscaping or outdoor labor setting
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to the quality of work
• Prior experience in landscaping or related fields is a plus, but not required
