Kennesaw, GA.
- Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, medical history interview, physical examination, blood testing, and review of serological protein electrophoresis (SPE).
- Evaluate donor reactions per standard operating procedures, including medical emergencies, development of standing orders, and donor transportation to emergency care facilities.
- Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
- Support the Hepatitis B and seasonal flu vaccination programs for employees.
- Manage employee incidents and ascertain further evaluation requirements by occupational health/ER and EHS guidance.
- Serve as a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community.
- High school diploma or graduate equivalent of a recognized nursing program with state requirements.
- Current licensure or certification in the state of assignment:
Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA). - Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
- Fulfillment of state requirements for basic IV therapy.
- Completion of FDA‑approved training requirements for Bio Life Medical Support Specialist.
- Two years of clinical or hospital experience.

CompensationU.S. hourly wage range: $31.92 – $43.89. The actual hourly wage offered may vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. The wage will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements.
