Overview

Do you want to join one of the Nation’s fastest growing home services businesses with multiple locations throughout the US? This is an opportunity to join our marketing team and implement and execute innovative organic and paid digital strategies to help customers find our four distinct brands online easily.

As the SEM/SEO Specialist, you’ll own our paid search & organic strategy and execution from end to end, turn data into insights, and present performance to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization:
    Build, launch, and manage Google Ads and Bing/Yahoo PPC campaigns (keyword research, bid strategies, A/B tests).
  • Conduct on-page and technical SEO audits, implement schema, fix crawl issues, and optimize site structure.
  • Design and execute white-hat link-building, content briefs, and conversion-rate experiments on landing pages.
Analysis, Reporting & Insights
  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards (Google Data Studio / Tableau) for weekly and monthly performance.
  • Analyze campaign ROI, SEO trends, and traffic funnels; deliver clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Present findings and strategic plans to the marketing team and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with web developers and the marketing team to improve site UX, speed, and engagement.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends—evaluate new tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and techniques.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field required.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on SEM (Google Ads, Bing/Yahoo) and SEO execution.
  • Experience running successful lead-generation campaigns via paid search.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms such as Word Press.
  • Expert proficiency with SEMrush (or alternative tools) and with Google Analytics & Tag Manager.
  • Strong data skills:
    Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), comfortable analyzing large datasets.
  • Portfolio:
    Case studies demonstrating successful paid-search campaigns and organic-search projects.
  • Self-starter:
    Thrives in ambiguity, manages multiple priorities, and communicates clearly under pressure.
