. In this hands-on, detail-oriented role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products according to established production standards while working in a team-focused manufacturing environment. • Assembling assigned product parts within established production guidelines.
• Preparing work by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials needed for production.
• Positioning parts and subassemblies using templates and measurements.
• Examining connections to ensure correct fit and alignment.
• Verifying product specifications by measuring completed components.
• Resolving assembly issues by adjusting dimensions to meet specifications.
• Completing production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintaining inventory and anticipating supply needs.
• Following safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Contributing to team efforts and assisting with related tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior assembly experience, including electrical work.
• Strong mechanical skills and physical dexterity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment.

Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

$17.00 per hour.

This role reports directly to the Production Manager and is part of the Production Department.
