Production Associate for Atlanta Plant

Starting Pay: $22.04 per hour

Shift: 8 hours (6:00am to 2:30pm) Monday - Friday

As a Production Associate you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people s lives!

• The position involves blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
• Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Load & Unload racks of parts, mask and unmask parts, touchup/rework, process rejects, inspect parts coming down lines, operate a hoist where necessary
• Prepare materials and products for packaging and shipment to customers.
• You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.
