Win-Tech, Inc. is seeking an entry-level CNC Machine Operator / Manufacturing Technician who is eager to learn, reliable, and detail-oriented. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in manufacturing, machining, or engineering, with the appropriate background and aptitude.
We’ll train you. You bring curiosity, work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
We machine titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, and advanced aerospace materials. Your work will support defense, aerospace, medical, and commercial industries, helping create parts that truly matter.
Responsibilities- Operate CNC machines under the guidance of experienced machinists and supervisors
- Load and unload parts and materials
- Follow written and verbal work instructions and shop floor procedures
- Measure parts using basic tools (calipers, gauges, etc.) to ensure quality
- Perform basic deburring and finishing operations
- Conduct simple daily machine checks and report any issues
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work with team members to meet production and quality goals
- Learn basic machining concepts, materials, and processes through on-the-job training
- Follow all safety and company procedures
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn technical skills and follow detailed instructions
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during a shift
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Technical school coursework or interest in machining/manufacturing
- Experience in a shop, warehouse, or industrial environment
- Your own tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, edge finders, etc.)
- Climate-controlled aerospace job shop
- No supervisory responsibilities
