Join our New Wave Global team as a Maintenance Electrician / Mechanical Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment. Your responsibilities include inspecting, testing, monitoring equipment, conducting repairs and replacements, and contributing to the success of our plant. • Inspect, diagnose, and resolve issues with electrical, hydraulic, and air systems in a state-of-the-art production facility.
• Collaborate closely with machine operators, troubleshooting malfunctions and facilitating prompt repairs.
• Independently identify and repair equipment issues within assigned area with minimal supervision.
• Respond promptly to equipment-related issues in a customer-oriented manner.
• Diagnose and repair electrical problems related to process instrumentation/control systems, 120-480‑volt systems, variable speed drives, and PLCs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and provide quick, innovative solutions for mechanical equipment breakdowns.
• Modify, repair, install, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot various types of machinery and equipment in the manufacturingaksanakan.
• Set up, take down, and relocate equipment.
• Frequently modify process equipment for Zeichenprodukte.
• Provide solutions to routine or unique equipment problems.

• 3+ years of mechanical/maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of a high‑school education or its equivalent.
• Flexibility to work shift work (days, afternoons, nights).
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Time management, organization, and multitasking ability.
