The Marketing Manager at FINSYNC will own the planning, execution, and performance reporting of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, user acquisition, and engagement for our financial platform. You’ll partner closely with Creative, Product, Sales/Partnerships, and Leadership to deliver clear messaging, consistent launch execution, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across PR, digital channels, lifecycle/email, and web, aligned to business goals and target audiences.
- Partner with the creative team to develop campaign concepts, messaging, and assets that resonate with entrepreneurs and small business owners.
- Own campaign project management: timelines, budgets, resourcing, stakeholder updates, and post-launch retrospectives.
- Track and report performance, translating results into insights and optimization recommendations (messaging, channels, targeting, and conversion flow).
- Manage external agencies and vendors as needed, ensuring on-time delivery and strong ROI.
- Build and maintain media relationships; secure and manage coverage, interviews, and bylined opportunities in relevant outlets.
- Manage awards, thought leadership programs, and speaking opportunities to elevate brand credibility.
- Oversee website content updates to ensure accuracy, freshness, and optimization for search and user experience.
- Help coordinate webinar, conference, and event logistics. From planning through day‑of execution, to support pipeline and community engagement.
- Stay current on best practices and trends in fintech and SMB marketing, bringing new ideas and tests to the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or public relations, preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong vendor management experience and success
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
