Summary:

We are searching for long-term entry level PC/Computer Technician candidates who are eager to learn and love working on computers. Are you interested in computers and pursuing the CompTIA A+ certification? If so, this is the perfect job for you!   • No experience needed - on-the-job training.

    VHE) Entry Level PC/Computer Technician (W2

    VHE)
  • (75% Technical / 25% material handler/prep).
Entry Level Qualifications

Preferred:

  • CompTIA A+ certification and/or associate's degree in the computer or electronics field.
  • Attending computer school or taking classes to obtain a computer certification and/or Associate's/bachelor's degree.

Required:

  • Interested/eager to learn how to configure and set up computer systems.

Location: eBryIT Kennesaw 30144 (Near Cobb International/McCollum Airport).

Project Dates: ASAP - Long-term.

Work Days: Monday
- Friday.

Work Hours: 8am - 5pm (37-40hrs per week). (with the potential Saturday work/overtime)

Duties
  • Reliable and professional work ethic, someone who takes pride in their work.
  • Follow instructions while working in a team or independent environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Works well in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
  • Move and set up computer equipment to specific work areas in the warehouse.
  • Unpacking and/or repacking computer equipment.
  • General warehouse tasks.
  • Pallet Consolidation.
  • Hardware configuration.
  • BIOS update.
  • Imaging Chromebooks.
  • Enrolling/configuring Chromebooks.
  • Etching.
  • Asset tagging.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
  • Active position requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching for extended periods.
  • Trash removal.
  • Be able to successfully complete pre-employment background checks and screenings.

Each worker will be set up as a W2

VHE and will be required to go through a full criminal background check/drug screening in order to be eligible to work on eBryIT projects.

Dress Code
  • Jeans or shorts.
  • Polo style or T-shirts.
  • The attire must be clean, with no holes, rips, or stains.
  • Running shoes or casual shoes (Closed toe) — No flip flops, sandals, or crocs.

  • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.
  • Adaptable/flexible -- enjoy doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
  • Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture.
Required Items
  • eBryIT to process criminal background/drug screening (HR will provide a “Declaration of Vendor” for criteria).
  • A criminal background check (7-year Felony/7-year Misdemeanor/Sex Offender Check).
  • 10-panel Drug screening.

Schedule
