Facility Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Facility Maintenance Technician to manage our facilities' maintenance needs. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and great benefits.

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on chemical production equipment to ensure optimal operation
• Respond promptly to emergency service requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Conduct general maintenance tasks around the facility, including repairs, inspections, and upkeep
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and efficiency

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance, preferably in a chemical or manufacturing environment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours when necessary to complete repairs
• Ability to manage one's own time, multiple projects and technicians in the future as demand arises

• Regularly climbing ladders and stairs
• Capable of squatting, kneeling and lying down to perform repairs
• Able to lift 60 lbs to shoulder height
• Should be considered an all‑day active role

• Full‑time, generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasionally required to work in off‑hours for urgent repairs or scheduled maintenance
