We are seeking a Permanent Commercial Insurance Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a deep understanding of commercial insurance, and is driven to meet sales goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating risks, reviewing loss experiences, cash flow, and financials, developing solutions, and making recommendations to clients across product lines.
They will also work closely with other senior account managers to retain and generate new business.
- Evaluate client's risk factors and assess their insurance needs.
- Review loss experience, cash flow, and financials to develop comprehensive and tailored insurance solutions.
- Articulate impact of various insurance options to clients, leveraging prepared analytics.
- Work collaboratively with other senior account managers to retain and generate new business.
- Manage contract reviews and midterm changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
- Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs, answering standard and more complex client questions to improve the client experience.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate client's risk factors and financials.
- Experience in contract management, including reviewing and managing changes.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current market conditions and compliance standards in the commercial insurance industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet shared goals.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity.
