Desktop Support Engineer (5x a week on-site | Kennesaw, GA) Job Summary

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide day‑to‑day technical support to end users. This role supports computers, applications, and basic IT services, ensuring users can work efficiently and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues
• Assist users with login, password, and access‑related issues
• Support common business applications and operating systems
• Set up and configure new equipment for users
• Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system
• Escalate issues to higher-level support as needed
• Deliver friendly and effective customer service to end users

• Experience in an IT support or desktop support role
• General knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Experience supporting end users in a business environment
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi‑Fi, connectivity, VPN)
• Ability to follow troubleshooting processes and documentation
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

• Exposure to Microsoft‑based environments
• Experience with Active Directory or user account management
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Relevant IT certifications (A+, Microsoft, or similar)
