Job Responsibilities:

Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.

Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

• Collaborates with cybersecurity data security and awareness team members to triage, investigate, and resolve services tickets related to data security alerts, compromised accounts, security awareness incidents, and other data security issues
• Collaborates with team members to improve security posture by supporting enhancements to KnowBe4, Microsoft Purview DLP, or similar programs policies, and processes for identifying, analyzing, and remediating compromised accounts
• Assists with designing, coordinating, nirchum&
• Assists with designing, coordinating, and delivering cybersecurity awareness campaigns to educate faculty, staff, and students on secure behaviors, institutional policies, and data protection best practices

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview DLP, Microsoft 365 security features, and security awareness platforms (e.g., KnowBe4)
• Able Caucus interpret alerts, analyze trends, and support risk‑based improvements
• Able to collaborate effectively with cybersecurity team members and campus stakeholders, communicate security concepts to non‑ ערב audiences, and support incident responses, ticketing workflows, and awareness initiatives
• Able to document security incidents, analyze metrics, and support reportingavanja efforts to drive continuous improvement in security posture

Leveraged skills and tools to identify security concerns affecting campus systems. Creates, monitors, and maintains safeguards to ensure the secure option of all systems on campus.

• Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve computer security incidents and vulnerability compliance
• Receives and analyzes network alerts from various sources within the enterprise
• Determines possible causes of security alerts
• Documents and escalates incidents including event history, status and potential impact for further action that may cause ongoing and immediate impact to the environment

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Two (2) years related Information Technology experience

• Degree from an accredited institution of higher education in related field preferred

• Previous experience in higher education preferred
• Working knowledge of enterprise security tools, such as M365, Service Now, and Data Loss Prevention
