Primary location: 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Marietta campus: 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

• Collaborate with the cybersecurity data security and awareness team to triage, investigate, and resolve service tickets related to data security alerts, compromised accounts, security awareness incidents, and other data security issues.
• Support enhancements to KnowBe4, Microsoft Purview DLP, or similar programs to improve security posture and remediate compromised accounts.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver cybersecurity awareness campaigns to educate faculty, staff, and students on secure behaviors, institutional policies, and data protection best practices.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years related Information Technology experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview DLP, Microsoft 365 security features, and security awareness platforms (e.g., KnowBe4).
• Hands‑on experience with KnowBe4, Microsoft Purview DLP, and Service Now to support security operations, ticket management, and incident response activities.
• Able to interpret alerts, analyze trends, and support risk‑based improvements.

• Degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field.
• Previous experience in higher education.
• Previous experience with Security Awareness programs and applications.
• Prior experience with IT support or customer service is a plus.
