Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Service Now Knowledge Management Specialist with a leading financial organization in Charlotte, Plano, Pennington, or Kennesaw
.
Duration: 12-24 month W2 contract
Location: Charlotte, NC or Pennington, NJ or Kennesaw, GA or Plano, TX
Pay range: $70-74/hr
This individual will be responsible for leading the migration of our existing knowledge base from Confluence to the Service Now Knowledge Management module. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structuring and organizing knowledge content within Service Now and ensuring a seamless transition.
Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:
- 3+ years of experience with Service Now Knowledge Management module
- Proven experience creating and managing a Service Now Knowledge Base
- Expertise in organizing and structuring existing knowledge for migration into Service Now
- Experience in a knowledge base migration is preferred
- Experience with Confluence is preferred
