Job Title: Technology Delivery Lead

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Location: Kennesaw, GA

This role requires a strong background in project management, process design, technology, leadership, with a proven ability to drive successful project delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs. As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and third‑party suppliers to ensure that technological solutions are delivered on time, in scope and within budget.

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, and within budget.
• Acts as primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders. Establishes and maintain strong relationships to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and deliverables.
• Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timelines.
• Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
• Supports and participates in Agile ceremonies for delivery and execution.
• Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support project teams, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.

• 2+ years as a Product Owner.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills - both verbal and written is a must as the role works with technical and non‑technical cross‑functional teams.
• 5+ years Process Design and Engineering.
• Experience with Agile development and ability to capture requirements providing a simple, executable description of users’ needs via user stories.
• Experience with facilitating and influencing cross‑functional work groups.
• Prior experience in Confluence and JIRA to document content and retain knowledge artifacts.
• Proficient in Microsoft products to include creating materials that can be presented at a senior leadership level (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.).
