Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Based in Kennesaw, GA but will support Santa Teresa, NM
Travel: Up to 25%
Language Requirement: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

What You’ll Do- Be a Strategic Partner:
Analyze workforce trends and metrics to design innovative solutions and policies that drive business success. - Lead People Strategies:

Minimum Education Required
Bachelors

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Expertise in multiple HR disciplines (compensation, employee relations, diversity, recruiting and performance management).
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to influence and work at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Extras
Familiarity with Workday, SAP and compensation systems.
SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification.
