Talent Manager
Position: Part-Time Recruiter
Location: Hybrid with the option to work from our office in Kennesaw, Ga
Schedule: Monday – Friday, ideally 9:00 PM – 3:00 PM PST (20
-30hours per week)
Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sourcing strategies using Boolean search strings, resume database scraping, Linked In searches, and other candidate sourcing methods.
Conduct extensive research through job boards, internal and external databases, associations, and professional groups.
Maintain active relationships with professional forums and Linked In User Groups.
Manage candidate databases, including tracking and follow-ups, through ATS system.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring long-term engagement for potential future placements andscreen, evaluate, and engage both passive and active candidates via phone & email.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs.
Identify areas for improvement and adapt to new recruiting technologies. Qualifications & Skills:
Strong research and networking skills with the ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles.
Exceptional time management skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Highly adaptable and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and motivation.
Understanding of Relational Recruiting—ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the application process, regardless of hiring outcomes.
