What You Get To Do- Ensure the effective deployment and operation of Profinet monitoring systems to enhance warehouse automation and control.
- Oversee and manage PLC systems for customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Address and resolve issues related to PLC systems as reported by customers, providing technical support and solutions.
- Lead the commissioning process for new and existing PLC systems, ensuring they meet all operational requirements and standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for all implemented systems and processes.
- Provide training and support to customer staff on the use and maintenance of PLC systems.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and performance
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, related field or equivalent combination of education and direct work experience.
- 5+ years direct experience preferred
- Proven experience in PLC system implementation and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of Profinet and other industrial communication protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Travel required up to 60% of the time
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Passport or ability to obtain passport
