What will be expected of our new graduates?
As a new graduate at ENERCON, you will be expected to actively engage in various tasks and responsibilities crucial to the success of our projects. You will learn and apply codes and standards for designing projects, be organized and efficient, maintain a positive attitude toward learning and feedback, collaborate with senior engineers for field data collection, and adapt to new software systems.
It is important to ask questions, use available resources, and connect classroom knowledge with practical industry work. Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously are critical aspects of your role.

- Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET‑accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
- Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026.
- Graduating May‑June 2026 preferred.
- A solid working foundation with your major’s core concepts.
- Preferred courses:
Fire Protection, Sprinkler Systems. - Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
- Ability to effectively problem‑solve.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
- Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walk‑downs.
- Must be able to work outside.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
- Completion of pre‑interview assessments.
- College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post‑graduation.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client‑specific background checks, and annual MVR checks according to company and client policies.
