Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a tenure track Associate Professor or Full Professor of Information Technology faculty position in the Department of Information Technology with a preferred start date of August 2026. Rank is determined at the time of hiring and will be commensurate with credentials. This is a nine‑month contracted position. This position is for work to be performed in the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities- Teach in information technology at both undergraduate and graduate levels in various modalities including online hybrid or face‑to‑face as per department need.
- Develop and maintain an active and productive research agenda.
- Service in the Department, College, University or professional community.
- An earned PhD degree, or the foreign equivalent, in a computing discipline, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data and Information Science, or Computer and/or Electrical Engineering is required at the time of hire.

- Have held the rank of Associate Professor at another institution.
For Full Professor
- Have held the rank of Full Professor at another institution.
