As a leader in site development, grading, utilities, and mass excavation, our success starts long before the first machine moves dirt. It starts with our estimating team — analyzing plans, running numbers, and setting the foundation for every successful job we take on.

We are looking to add an Estimator to our growing team at our Kennesaw, GA headquarters. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team working on high-profile sitework and heavy civil projects across the region.

• Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs for earthwork, utilities, grading, site preparation, and other civil scopes.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Prepare bid proposals, budgets, and value engineering options.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and other internal teams to ensure estimates reflect accurate field operations.
• Maintain and update historical cost data, production rates, and unit pricing.
• Participate in bid reviews, client presentations, and contract negotiations as needed.
• Coordinate pre-bid meetings, site visits, and RFIs for clarification on project scope.
• Assist with change order pricing and project cost analysis as projects progress.

• 2-5+ years of estimating experience in civil construction, site development, grading, or utilities strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and civil sitework scopes.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with estimating software (HCSS, Agtek, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans, geotechnical reports, and survey data.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Local to Metro Atlanta or willing to relocate to Kennesaw, GA.
