Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the Parts Department of a maritime gearbox manufacturing and service operation. This role will coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage parts inventory, and ensure smooth logistics operations.

Essential Duties:
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments via Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, and other carriers using online portals
• Manage parts inventory including gearboxes, brake bolts, and cylinders
• Process incoming and outgoing freight with accurate documentation and on-time delivery
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and parts availability
• Maintain compliance with import/export regulations and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and parts readiness

Requirements/

Skills:

• Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or parts coordination
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and shipping documentation
• Proficiency with shipping platforms such as Fed Ex, UPS, DHL
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Mechanical or industrial parts background preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move mechanical parts as needed
• Standing, walking, and working in warehouse or shipping areas for extended periods
