This full-time Heavy Equipment Technician role is an on-site position located in Kenner, LA. The Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and vehicles, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems issues, and ensuring high-quality service. Additional responsibilities may include inspecting equipment for optimal performance, maintaining service records, and following safety protocols.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Vehicle Maintenance
- Experience with Equipment Repair and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Familiarity with working on Heavy Equipment in various industries
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant coursework are a plus
- Previous experience repairing equipment for industries such as earth moving, mining, or oil & gas is highly desirable
