Salary: $14.00 to $15.75 per hour
This position leverages interpersonal skills and business knowledge to meet the needs of our customers. The role works closely with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships and identify customers’ needs. The Loan Sales Representative is knowledgeable about the features of products and services, delivering an exceptional customer experience. The LSR conducts interviews with professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results‑oriented approach.
PrincipalAccountabilities And Key Activities
- Recommends products and services to support individual, branch sales goals, and customer expectations
- Markets branch products and services to customers and potential customers
- Conducts assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment
- Seeks opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers
- Develops knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools
- Ensures customer information is correct and documents interactions
- Consistently meets or exceeds branch and individual goals
- Conducts dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Builds internal and external relationships
- Ensures customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained
- Adheres to all 1
FFC policies, procedures, and dialogues - Complies with all state and federal regulations
- Participates in personal development
- Exhibits knowledge of all 1
FFC products - Seeks additional opportunities and responsibilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Serving customers onsite at the branch office is an essential function; working from home is not permitted under any circumstances
- Ability to meet current licensing requirements of various states and federal regulators
- Demonstrates ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
- Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across a variety of levels and social and business settings
- Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
- Action- and result-focused approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite products
- Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate an automobile
