Golf Sales Associate – Edwin Watts Golf, Worldwide Golf

We’re looking for a dedicated sales associate to promote and maintain a store culture that aligns with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.

• Base pay plus commission

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise, and sale advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend appropriate golf equipment.
• Educate customers on our golf products and help them compare differences to make an informed decision.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide customer with valuable data during in‑store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and take inventory where needed.
• Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store; physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting (up to 15 pounds), carrying, walking and/or reaching frequently.
• Working knowledge of word‑processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet and order processing systems.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

• Golf knowledge/background required.
• Experience working in the golf industry is a plus (entry‑level candidates considered).
