Staffmark is partnering with a premier manufacturing company in Kenner, LA, to hire a Manufacturing Finisher. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a hands‑on role while maintaining a solid work‑life balance.
Pay: $17.75-$21.25/hour
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:20 PM
- Prepare products for shipment by performing finishing processes
- Conduct visual inspections using a microscope
- Perform tasks such as deburring, sandblasting, washing, polishing, and passivation
- Grind, polish, and clean CBW tunnel cylinders and V shells
- Inspect and build components such as divided cylinder doors
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and perform system transactions in Oracle
- Operate equipment safely and follow all safety procedures
- Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals
- Experience in sanding, blasting, painting, coating, or metal polishing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working in a production environment
