Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS)

is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Control Technician with strong electrical knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial manufacturing, troubleshooting electrical circuits, and use testing equipment to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.

• Perform inspections and quality checks on products, components, and systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics to support testing and troubleshooting.
• Utilize testing equipment and measurement tools, including multimeters, to verify product specifications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot A/C and D/C electrical circuits using schematics and testing tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
• Document inspection results, test findings, and corrective actions accurately.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain product standards and resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.

• Previous experience in industrial manufacturing highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of A/C and D/C electricity.
• Proficiency with testing equipment, specifically multimeters.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical circuits using schematics and test equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–12 hour shifts).
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed to perform job duties.
• Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull materials and products (up to 50 lbs).

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in quality control preferred.
