Board Technician

Kenner, LA:
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a skilled Electronics Technician.

• Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of printed circuit boards
• Utilize electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multi-meters
• Solder surface mount and thru-hole components with precision
• Document and communicate findings effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and communication
• Participate in testing and evaluation to confirm technical proficiency

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing printed circuit boards at the component level
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multi-meters
• Ability to solder both surface mount and thru-hole components
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to complete a skills test to verify knowledge
• Pay rate and grade negotiable based on experience and demonstrated ability

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing troubleshooting and repair tasks
• Manual dexterity to work with small components and precision tools
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
