Perimeter Healthcare – Integrated Behavioral Health is looking for an experienced Licensed Therapist to provide compassionate care in our behavioral health setting.

As a Licensed Therapist at Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of New Orleans, you will deliver psychotherapeutic services to adults in an inpatient psychiatric environment located in Kenner, LA.

• Conduct psychosocial assessment of new patients and develop detailed reassessments.
• Maintain contact with family and significant others, providing patient and family education, support, and advocacy.
• Coordinate and act as liaison with community‑based social and mental health agencies.
• Facilitate discharge planning and conduct post‑discharge follow‑up to ensure linkage with community resources, reducing readmissions.
• Facilitate daily therapeutic groups with patients.

• Completion of accredited social work program; unrestricted licensure required (LMSW or LPC preferred).
• At least one year of related experience in a hospital setting with psychiatric experience preferred.
• Successful completion of CPR and Crisis Prevention Intervention training within 30 days of employment.
• Full‑time availability Monday‑Friday with some weekend availability.
