• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electronic gaming machines and related equipment
• Respond to and resolve floor calls efficiently and independently
• Execute immediate, periodic, and overhaul maintenance procedures
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and diagnose common machine faults
• Identify electronic issues at the board level and elevate complex problems appropriately
• Read and interpret technical documentation and repair manuals
• Operate two-way radio systems for effective communication
• Stay current with new slot products and equipment updates
• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance and repair activities
• Follow established safety protocols and gaming regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal gaming floor operations

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• One year of slot machine maintenance or related technical experience preferred
• Graduate of slot repair school or equivalent technical program preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely
• Basic understanding of electronic and mechanical systems
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and certifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
• Physical requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
• Capable of stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Able to push, pull, and maneuver up to 80 pounds
• Manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
• Demonstrated safety awareness and compliance mindset
