Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer II for our client in the Mil Rail® Material Handling Systems Department.

• Perform full lifecycle product development including design, prototyping, manufacturing, and implementation
• Improve existing mechanical systems and components
• Present design plans to management and clients
• Produce 3D equipment layouts using Creo Parametric software
• Create 2D installation drawings using Autodesk CAD software
• Assist in detailed system quotations using Microsoft Excel
• Oversee system installations (travel required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in mechanical drawing and 3D design, especially with Creo Parametric (ProE)
• Autodesk CAD experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to explain complex mechanical concepts
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Commercial aptitude with ability to communicate effectively with customers

• Ability to travel and work on-site during system installations
• Must be able to perform standard physical activities involved in mechanical engineering tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting materials or tools as required
