Production Associates

Adecco is currently assisting a local surface engineering manufacturer, recruiting for  
** Production Associate's
** in the  
** Kennebunk, ME
** area! These roles are temp-to-hire opportunities, with the possibility of incentives, overtime, and base pay increases.

** Schedules:*
* * All shift hours are subject to fluctuate start or end times by 30 minutes
* 1st Shift - Monday - Friday - 7:00AM - 3:30PM - $18+ / HR

2nd Shift - Monday - Friday - 3:00PM - 11:30PM - $19.50+ / HR

3rd Shift - Sunday - Thursday - 9:30PM - 6:00AM - $20+ / HR

** Roles Available:*
* ** Sandblasters*
* + Sandblasting a variety of small parts.

+ Attention to detail is very critical.

+ Some equipment is automated, and others are manual cabinets.

+ Verify quantities.

** Polishing Operator*
* + Running multiple vibratory bowls.

+ Parts are loaded and equipment runs for a set amount of time. Once the cycle is complete the operator removes all parts from the bowl and processes them through a parts washer.

+ Verify quantities.

+ Attention to detail and able to read instructions.

** Production Operator*
* + Consists of loading and unloading coating machines.

+ Cleaning and staging part for coating.

+ Attention to detail and able to read instructions.

+ Verify quantities.

** Inspecting/Packing*
* + Attention to detail.

+ Verify quantities.

+ Inspect and securely package customer product.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Perform required manufacturing processes meeting all quality and production standards

+ Complete all required production, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all data

+ Follow all safety policies and look for areas to improve safety

+ Communicate with other key personnel assigned in their area

* Physical Requirements:

*
* + Up to 8 hours of walking and standing

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment

** Pay Details:**  $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
