Job DescriptionBill rates need to reflect candidate’s experience.
Strong potential for career path to the right candidate within 6 months.
Shift: 3rd (11pm-7am)
Manager's timeline: 1 week to review resumes and schedule interviews
Maintain and upgrade plastics processing equipment. Performs mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to determine root cause of issues. Assists operators to reach maximum level of line performance. Document equipment issues in Tabware. Perform Preventive Maintenance tasks. Attend shift change meetings.
- Candidates must have a strong mechanical aptitude with sound electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with PLC's desired, but not required
- The ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment.
- High speed automation/mechanical experience.
- Ability to read drawings and schematics
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Pneumatics and hydraulic operational understanding and knowledge
- Electrical/electronic knowledge and understanding
PPE:
Safety glasses and steal toed shoes will be required and will be supplied
Education requirements:
- Minimum HS diploma or equivalent with 7+ years of experience (10-15 years preferred)
- Associates degree in Technical field with 5+ years of experience
