• Be at the heart of delivering dynamic marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Work with service areas to gather stories, testimonials and content suitable for brand communications.
• Collaborate with a passionate team to shape content across social media, eDMs, website, blogs and more.
• Bring authority to our digital online presence, helping to manage our social media engagement, boosting positive interactions and supporting our owned channel growth.
• Delve into social media reporting, tracking key metrics and content performance to inform content optimisation.
• Own the coordination of eye-catching brochures, merchandise, signage, and display collateral.
• Keep our online presence sharp—manage updates to the organisation's website, directories and Google listings.
• Get firsthand experience with photo shoots and videography that bring our brand to life.
• Drive smooth operations with marketing admin including quotes, approvals, and orders.
• Thrive in a supportive environment that values creativity, initiative, and growth.

• You are a creative, curious, and collaborative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning ideas into impact.
• Have an enthusiasm for digital marketing, and demonstrated experience in Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Suite and Canva, along with digital management platforms or tools.
• You will ideally have a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Creative Design, or a related field.
• Recent and relevant experiences in marketing or communications, with a grasp of both digital and traditional marketing.
• Have successfully contributed to campaigns and know how to measure what works—your analytical mindset keeps performance front and centre.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, and you are known for being reliable and punctual.
• Bonus points if you have worked in the aged care, community care, or not-for-profit sector—you understand the heart behind the brand.
