Full-Time Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – Kenmore LDC

We are seeking a qualified, experienced ECT for an exciting new Long Day Care (LDC) service launching in 2026, based on our existing kindergarten site in Kenmore. Located within the Prep building at Our Lady of the Rosary Primary School, this small service has a strong community focus and is looking to grow. You will work closely with the Regional Manager and play a key role in establishing and shaping the service.

We’re looking for a passionate ECT to:

• Deliver an inclusive, engaging Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF and QKLG
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Create inspiring indoor and outdoor learning environments that spark curiosity and growth
• Document children’s learning through observations, evaluations and reflections
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
• Represent the service with professionalism, reflecting Catholic Early EdCare values

• An ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Master of Teaching (Early Childhood)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Strong understanding of the NQF, NQS, and Early Years Learning Framework
• Child Protection Training is a requirement of the role.
