Buckingham Swimming Pools Ltd is seeking a full-time, experienced Contracts Manager to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to play a key role in delivering high-quality swimming pool projects.

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish, including client interaction, collaboration with our in-house design team, and coordination with engineers and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage new build swimming pool projects on a daily basis.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and directly employed staff.
  • Attend and contribute to site meetings, offering expert guidance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in construction management, preferably within the swimming pool industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction sector and its processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the project.
  • Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings.
  • Computer literacy and understanding of industry-specific software.
Additional Requirements
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
