NGW Security Services is currently seeking professional, reliable, and confident individuals to join our team in Kendal. As a Door Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment while maintaining the highest standards of security. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to handle various situations with calmness and professionalism.

• Access Control:
  Managing entry and exit points, including checking identification () to ensure compliance with age restrictions.
• Crowd Management:
  Monitoring crowd density and behavior to ensure the safety of all patrons and staff.
• Conflict Resolution:
  De-escalating potential conflicts quickly and effectively using verbal communication skills.
• Customer Service:
  Acting as a friendly face for the venue, assisting customers with queries, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Safety Checks:
  Conducting searches (if required by venue policy) and reporting any health and safety hazards.
• Incident Reporting:
  Documenting any incidents accurately in the site logbook.

Essential:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Must be active).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Smart professional appearance.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Desirable (but not required):

• Previous experience in the security industry.
• First Aid qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
