Property Sales Valuer – Kendal - OTE £40k - £50k

• Excellent basic salary depending on experience OTE up to £50k

• You will play a pivotal role in valuing and listing, premium properties in Kendal and across the Lake District
• Your responsibilities will include booking viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments
• Carry out the full valuation and listing process
• Providing the highest level of customer service to all clients
• To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident in speaking with premium property owners and understanding of the residential property market in the Lake District

• Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer
• Currently valuing and listing properties
• Ability to communicate with high profile clients and meet their high expectations
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
