Brand Merchandiser

A role for engaging, detail-oriented people to become LEGO Brand Merchandisers, representing one of the world’s most loved brands in store. Join our award-winning team at Powerforce, where merchandising meets creativity and every visit makes a visible difference.

Salary: £13.45 per hour + up to 20% bonus (£15.30/hr OTE)
London Rate: £14.30/hr when travelling within the M25
Mileage: 34p per mile
Hours: 15 hours per week, 2 days a week you can choose (one must be Wednesday)
Territory: Covers all within Dumfries, Carlisle, Penrith, Bamber Bridge and Lytham St Annes
Essential: You’ll need your own car and a full UK driving licence.

• Create standout displays – check stock, maintain displays and support promotions so LEGO always looks its best.
• Deliver great visits, every time – each store visit is carefully planned and efficiently delivered, reflecting LEGO’s belief that only the best is good enough.
• Champion the brand – confidently negotiate for space, visibility and activity, ensuring LEGO stands out for all the right reasons.
• Build strong in-store relationships – work closely with colleagues and decision‑makers in Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, B&M and Smyths, becoming a trusted and welcome presence in each store.

• Choose your working days – one day must be a Wednesday but the other day can be any weekday, providing consistency and control.
• Ownership – return to the same stores and truly make them your own.
• Support from day one – full training, clear objectives and ongoing guidance.
• A friendly, collaborative team – supportive, experienced and proud of what they do.
• Career‑building experience – ideal for those with merchandising or field sales backgrounds, or anyone looking to grow in retail.

• A full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle.
• Merchandising, retail or field sales experience is preferred, but not essential.
• A positive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.
• Someone who enjoys variety, independence and being out in store.
