Working in our stores

Our stores are fast‑paced environments where no two days are ever the same and food is our passion. As a Home Delivery Driver you will deliver groceries to customers’ doorsteps with reliability and care.

• Full UK/EU driving licence held for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points
• Successful completion of an online driving risk assessment and an on‑site driving assessment
• Right to work eligibility in the UK

• Drive a 3.5 tonne van to deliver groceries on‑time and in great condition
• Check the van is organised, clean and roadworthy before setting out
• Serve customers brilliantly, support with questions and substitutions, and keep them aware of any delays
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide recommendations
• Help across the store when not making deliveries

• Friendly and welcoming with genuine enthusiasm for helping customers
• Proficient driving a large vehicle across busy streets and narrow lanes, delivering to residential properties
• Happy working in a fast‑paced, physical and high‑energy environment, solving problems independently and as part of a team
• Always ready to work flexibly and productively across the store when needed, with opportunities to learn and develop
• Comfortable learning new digital tools and moving shopping containers up to 15 KG
