Audit Manager Top 50 Firm | City of London Were working with a highly respected Top 50 accountancy practice based in the City of London, now looking to hire ambitious Audit Managers to join the team from 2026 onwards .

This is an excellent environment for progression, with clear pathways to Senior Manager and beyond. As an Audit Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverse and high-quality client portfolio, lead audit engagements end-to-end, and play a key role in developing both the team and the firms audit offering.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion Review audit files, ensuring compliance with UK Auditing Standards Manage client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the engagement Provide technical support, guidance and feedback to juniors and seniors Oversee budgeting, timelines, and resource planning for audit engagements Identify areas for process improvement and value-add opportunities for clients Support business development initiatives and contribute to proposal writing Ensure quality of work across the audit team and uphold best practice standards

What Were Looking For :
Qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) Strong technical understanding of UK GAAP and ISA requirements Experience managing a portfolio and leading audits across multiple sectors Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate audit staff Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines Why Join?
