Commercial Property Lawyer

Position Commercial Property Lawyer Description Milne  Moser Solicitors have a vacancy arising in our successful property team due to a retirement and are interested in hearing from experienced property lawyers who are comfortable managing a diverse commercial caseload and client base.

The role will involve sales, purchases, leases, and agricultural work for a wide range of clients, including charitable trusts.  It will also require the development and maintenance of both new and existing client relationships, and the supervision of a trainee.

Experience in business sales and acquisitions for SME’s would be welcomed.

There is also opportunity for progression to a head of department role, and further.

* Ideally 5-year’s + PQE
* Able to manage files and work to agreed deadlines
* Confident, friendly, professional and positive
* Able to work under your own initiative

* STEP qualifications are an advantage

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Experience Desired  experience and attributes for this position:
