Location:

Remote - 1 day a month in the office near Leeds. Are you a developer who loves solving complex technical challenges, designing elegant systems, and leading a small, high-performing team? Here's your chance to shape the next generation of a major digital platform. What you'll do:
Lead software projects from concept through to delivery, taking ownership of key initiatives. Design scalable, high-performance architectures that keep critical systems running smoothly. Mentor and support developers, helping the team grow technically and professionally. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Build clean integration patterns connecting cloud services, APIs, and data workflows.

What we're looking for:

Strong leadership skills - you enjoy guiding a team and fostering collaboration. Hands-on experience with Type Script, Node.js , and serverless cloud-native solutions ( AWS preferred ). Solid understanding of back-end services, data flows, and system integration. Nice to have:
Familiarity with cloud platforms, complex data pipelines, or API design. Why join?
